Daisy Vanipenta built Daizen Services with a clear vision: to bring trust, empathy, and meaningful connection back into hiring.

With 12 years of experience as a Human Resources, she has worked closely with leaders, employees, and candidates—understanding not just the mechanics of hiring, but the emotions behind it.
