Privacy policy
This policy explains how Daizen Services Private Limited (“Daizen Services”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use daizenservices.com, our job portal, our recruitment and staffing services, and the DS Admin system. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

The free resume check runs in your browser. The resume text you check there is not uploaded or stored unless you choose to save it to your profile.
3. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account and profile.
- To match job seekers with jobs and show relevant roles.
- To share your profile with a company when you apply to its job, when you make your profile visible in the candidate pool, or when a Daizen recruiter puts you forward with your agreement.
- To deliver recruitment and contract staffing services, including payroll and statutory compliance for staff on Daizen’s payroll.
- To send job alerts, application updates and service messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can switch alerts off at any time.
- To bill companies, prevent fraud and misuse, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
4. Consent and your choices
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you register, upload a resume, apply to a job or submit a form, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as employment-related obligations for staff on our payroll. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.
5. Who we share it with
- Companies you apply to, or that unlock your profile when you have made it visible.
- Client companies where you are deployed as contract staff.
- Service providers who work for us under contract: cloud hosting, Microsoft 365, email and SMS providers, payment gateway, background verification and payroll partners.
- Government authorities, courts or regulators when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data. Companies may use candidate data only to hire for genuine roles and must not resell or share it.
6. Where it is stored
Data is stored on secure servers in [India / location of hosting provider]. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we transfer it only as permitted under Indian law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep job seeker profiles while your account is active and delete or anonymise them after [24] months of inactivity, or sooner if you ask. Payroll, tax and statutory records for contract staff are kept for as long as labour and tax laws require. Billing records are kept for [8] years.
8. Your rights
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correct, complete or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent and close your account.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, write to privacy@daizenservices.com. We reply within [30] days.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls based on job role, multi-factor sign-in for staff, activity logs of who views or downloads candidate data, and regular security reviews. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
10. Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. For significant changes we will also notify registered users.
