Refund and cancellation policy
- Job seekers: our job seeker services are free, so there is nothing to refund.
- Boosted job posts: you can cancel within [24] hours of purchase if the post has not gone live, for a full refund. Once live, boosts are not refundable.
- Candidate pool credits: unused credit packs can be refunded within [7] days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable.
- Daizen Curated recruitment: fees are charged only on hire. If a placed candidate leaves within [60] days, we provide one free replacement as set out in your service agreement.
- Contract staffing: billed monthly in arrears for days worked. Notice and cancellation terms are set out in your staffing agreement.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within [7–10] working days. To request one, write to billing@daizenservices.com with your invoice number.
