Terms of use
These terms govern your use of daizenservices.com and the services offered on it by Daizen Services Private Limited (“Daizen Services”). By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Companies must be genuine, legally registered businesses and may be asked to verify their GSTIN or company domain.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. Job seekers
- Give accurate information about your identity, education and experience.
- Daizen Services never charges job seekers a fee for applying, interviews or placement. See the fraud alert.
- Daizen Services does not guarantee an interview, a job or a particular salary.
4. Companies
- Post only real, current vacancies that you are authorised to fill.
- Do not ask candidates for money, and do not post jobs that are discriminatory or unlawful.
- Use candidate data only to hire for your own roles. Do not copy, scrape, resell or share it.
- Unlock credits are for your company only, cannot be transferred, and expire [12] months after purchase.
5. Recruitment and staffing services
Daizen Curated recruitment and contract staffing are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, which sets out fees, replacement terms, payment terms and liability. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.
7. Things you must not do
- Post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
- Impersonate a person or company.
- Use bots, scrapers or any automated means to access the site or data.
- Try to break, overload or get around the site’s security.
8. Content and intellectual property
The Daizen Services name, logo, website design and content belong to Daizen Services. You keep ownership of the resumes and job posts you upload and give us permission to host, display and process them to provide the service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is”. We check jobs and companies but cannot guarantee that every listing or profile is accurate. To the extent the law allows, Daizen Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending your use
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
